Operators worldwide look to Halliburton cementing equipment for safety, effectiveness, and reliability.Talk to an expert
A pioneer in oilfield cementing operations, Halliburton continues to lead the way with new engineering and innovations designed for longer-term performance and reduced non-productive time (NPT). Halliburton Cementing Skid Systems offer cementing and well-control pump performance for consistent, high-quality cement slurries by mixing the correct proportions of dry material and fluids. Halliburton remains the only service provider to design and manufacture fit-for-purpose pumping and mixing equipment for both land and offshore.

Installations in hazardous areas require reliable equipment. Halliburton’s HCS Advantage™ cementing system skid can easily handle the challenge. Industry-leading systems and features of the HCS Advantage cementing system skid include:
The HCS AdvantageOne™ offshore cementing system is the next generation of cementing and well-control pump performance for ultra-deep water. This unit is designed for remote operations to enhance safety by placing operations personnel off-unit in a separated control room or in the drilling room.
The HCS AdvantageOne unit has an integrated liquid additive system with dynamic inventory management to promote accuracy of slurry blending during cementing operations. Furthering the reliability features, this system offers unit diagnostics and predictive maintenance data with system checks and an alarm system to preempt equipment-related non-productive time. Halliburton designed this for remote operations to enhance safety by placing operations personnel off-unit in a separate control room or in the drilling room.
The modular design reduces the amount of time and cost required to install the unit on offshore drilling rigs. It also provides operators the flexibility to meet their exact power train configuration.
Halliburton Cementing Skid Systems offer cementing and well-control pump performance in a modular skid arrangement that includes six modules assembled to form a complete single unit. Units can be configured with either electric- or diesel-drivers, with various horsepower arrangements that range from a standard of 1,000 brake horsepower to 3,450 brake horsepower.
